About Your Facilitator
Dan Warfield has 35+ years in enterprise IT leadership roles in global companies including Walmart, IBM, DXC, Lincoln Financial and FIS.
He has been a contributor to The Open Group and ACORD standards bodies and is currently chair of the TOGAF Certification Standing Committee of The Open Group, and co-author of the IT4IT 3 Standard.
Some Questions Answered
Yes. Part of your TOGAF EAP Document Library is a full copy of the course slides, a Course Handout, and a TOGAF Foundation Study Guide. All of this material is unique to Managing Digital.
You can change your course date without a fee. Cancellations more than 7 days before the course date receive a full refund. We may impose a 40% fee for very late cancellations.
Most of our students pass on the first try. In the rare occasion of a miss, we have been able to help students obtain retake vouchers. These are usually free but there may be a fee depending on the circumstances.
The personal attention factor: You get more of our time than just the classroom hours. Our course provides individual support during and after the formal training.
Live instruction: You will learn from a person in a fully interctive setting. We believe that one-way communication from a video or a chatbot cannot provide the understanding needed for long term success.
Experience-based instruction: Our course is built for career development from the ground up. You can pay less to have an inexperienced person read the standard, generic slides to you. That is not how we roll.
Genuine accredited training: Not everyone plays by the rules. Our training is always bundled with exam vouchers. Anyone offering a low fee for the training and a separate charge for exam vouchers is breaking the rules and could be entirely fake.
Some companies charge more than twice what we charge for what seems to be the same training. Is their training twice as good? Maybe. But it's more likely that several layers of middlemen are taking a cut.
When you learn with Managing Digital you are dealing directly with supplier. That lets us give clients top quality without charging top dollar.
As a Managing Digital learner, you have access to an online document library that includes about 200 files. This is available both to support your training and also to support going deeper into the EA world in your ongoing career.
Besdies fundamental course material, this includes TOGAF work product templates and practice exams as well as videos, documents and links on relevant topics (architecure risk management, reference architectures, governance, security, stakeholder management and more).

Becoming TOGAF certified will significantly increase your employability and earning potential. TOGAF certification is mandatory for many jobs and contracting roles, especially in the government and IT services sectors, and in very large enterprises. And salaries are substantially higher for TOGAF certified architects.
