The IT4IT Standard was first developed at Shell as an architecture for interoperability for ITOM and ITSM tools. It is closely aligned to Opentext and ServiceNow functions and data architectures.

Who Is Your Trainer?
Dan Warfield is active in The Open Group as co-author of the IT4IT 3 Standard, co-chair of the IT4IT Core Standing Committee, member of the TOGAF Product Advisory Group, and past chair of the TOGAF Certification Standing Committee.
He has 35+ years in IT leadership roles in global companies including Walmart, IBM, DXC, Lincoln Financial and FIS.
Dan used the IT4IT reference architecture as a template for IT transformation at Walmart and has helped other organizations use the IT4IT Standard as a practical template for value creation and governance.
IT4IT Foundation Course FAQ
Yes. Your IT4IT Learner Document Library includes a full copy of the course slides, a Course Handout, and tailored study materials unique to Managing Digital.
There is no fee to change your course date. You can cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the course date. We may impose a 40% fee for very late cancellations.
Most students pass on the first try. In the rare occasion of a miss, we can help you to obtain a retake voucher. These are usually free but may incur a fee depending on the circumstances.
CSDM Product Manager Mark Bodman has been a key member of the IT4IT Forum for many years, and on Managing Digital's Advisory Board. His insight, based on broad engagement with ServiceNow clients, is an essential input to the IT4IT and CSDM models. There is a strong overlap across the two.
